Linda – from Shame to Pride

Linda has lived with weight issues her entire life. She tried diet after diet, but no matter the method, the results never lasted. Along with the feeling of failure, a deep shame about her obesity grew.

Eventually, she made the decision to undergo a gastric sleeve surgery. The operation became a turning point, and she lost 50 kilos. But when the weight slowly began to return, the fear and frustration came back as well. That was when Linda came into contact with Yazen.

With support, treatment, and the right tools, she found a new way forward. She has now lost an additional 52 kilos and describes feeling more energetic, stronger, and happier than ever before.
